Catalyst Speaker Application

Speakers will be selected based on the unique insights being shared in the session, industry experience and domain expertise of the speaker, and popularity of the topic.

Active contributing members of the Partnership Leaders community are given elevated preference for speaking at Catalyst, but we also welcome professionals from the broader industry.

Catalyst will have two areas to participate as a speaker or host:

• Presentation: Projector screen available for a formal session, no Q&A, 30 minutes in length for both Catalyst Summits and Catalyst 26. Catalyst 26 Main Stage sessions are not recorded. The CatalystLIVE Stage at Catalyst 26 is a smaller room that is live streamed to the internet and recorded, with a projector screen, and also 30 minutes in length.
• Power Circles: Group discussion format for roughly 10 people where the speaker serves as the “host.” No presentation screen, not recorded, and active attendee participation is encouraged. Power Circles are 30 minutes in length at Catalyst Summits and 60 minutes at Catalyst 26. Every Power Circle at Catalyst 2025 in Seattle filled completely, making this one of the most popular formats of the event.

Catalyst Summits are a key avenue for our team to identify speakers and topics that will resonate at Catalyst 26. While applicants may select Catalyst 26 as an option, our team prioritizes speakers who participate and perform well at a Summit first. Applicants can choose which Summit locations they are interested in, as well as Catalyst 26.
